1. Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
    • In their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Personalized or custom products.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

5. Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
